     Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and be shipped. Domestic packages take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to outlying territories including Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

  • Refund Policy

    NO REFUNDS.

    All of our bougies are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used bougies cannot be exchanged or returned. If damage does occur during shipment photographic proof of the damage must be emailed to info@wickdbougie.com within 5 days of delivery.

    You may also exchange your unused bougie for another one of the same price and size within 14 days of purchase. Return and exchange shipping are buyers’ responsibility.
